Healing Hands

I fell off of my long-board and had one hell of a collision with the pavement a couple of weekends back. Something very interesting came of this though. As I was sitting quietly by myself during the day, I began to stare at one of my damaged hands. Focusing, I began to imagine exactly how my body was healing under the scab that had begun to build. Tn, I began to visualize my hand working itself back together, with the end result, my palm covered in skin again. As I visualized this and concentrated on it, and on my hand healing, I noticed that my hand begin to feel heavy with energy, and veins that had previously been still were throbbing in two areas, one above the cut, and one at the wrist just below. I continued to watch my hand and send energy to it throughout the day, and I was amazed at how much progress had been made on it's healing by the end of the day. This was the day after the Summer Solstice, so let it be known that nature is very energetic right now, and there is energy that you can borrow in the world flow. If you harness it for good, great things can come, so let us heal our bodies and minds and use thins energy well. I hope everyone's summer is going well.

Just a quick experience I wanted to share, more on this subject as I learn more about how to connect with my body more directly, as opposed to through the ego.
